Shipping
Returns
You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items)
in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip
within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
In order for you to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from the Sales department sales@fragrancecastle.com. RMA requests are only processed within 7 days of
the receipt of the order. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date
of issue of the RMA number.
No returns will be accepted
without our prior authorization.
Please include the following
information:
1. Full name and address
2. Phone number
3. Original order Confirmation Number (if available)
4. The reason for returning the merchandise
5. RMA number

Once we receive a return from you
(with all of the proper information), we will credit your account (less any
restocking or shipping fees if applicable) and notify you.
**Please allow up to 14 business
days to process your return or exchange.
If your package is returned to
FragranceCastle.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and
you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a
$5.95 re-shipping fee.
