Shipping
Order and Pay entirely online using our
SECURE SERVER
Shop throughout our store and place the
items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Remember, you may change
the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it
completely, at any time.
When you have completed all of your
shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your
credit card number and expiration date, plus all the necessary billing and
shipping information.
You will then receive an Order
Confirmation Number to which you can refer. Be sure to include your daytime
phone number and E-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions
regarding your order.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is not on our
website, we do not currently have it in stock. Subsequently, from time to
time, we are not able to fulfill your order. You will be notified via email
for any item that is out of stock and a credit will be issued to your credit
card.
Cancel Your
Order
To cancel your
order, please send an email to fragrancecastle.com within 12 hours of placing
your order. If your order has already been processed, fragrancecastle.com is
not responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
Claims
You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you did not
receive it.
Orders Not Received
Once an order has been
shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, FragracneCastle.com is not
responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. If a
customer issues a complaint that they did not receive their product despite
delivery confirmation. We will pursue a claim with UPS that UPS didn't deliver
the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a
susceptible area. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit your
account.
Successful claims can take anywhere from 1
week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our
claim.
Missing Product Claims
Each package and their contents are
triple-checked. If a customer claims that one of the products has not been
received, you may file a claim with us to investigate the situation.

If FragracneCastle.com determines that
there was in fact product missing from the package, we will credit your
account immediately.
Damaged Product Claims
Each package and their contents are
triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive
safely. If a customer claims that one of the products is damaged, a claim can
be filed with us to investigate the situation.

After receiving the claim,
FragranceCastle.com, in most circumstances, will request that the damaged
product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection. After inspection, we
will pursue a claim with UPS on behalf of you that UPS didn't deliver the
product in a safe manner. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit
your account for the product.
